S. K. Sharma is the Managing Partner of the firm and has standing of almost 3 decades at bar. He specializes in commercial, banking, insolvency, arbitrations and economic offences.

He is an ace legal brain in complicated cheque bouncing cases. He has vast experience of conducting due diligence of immovable properties, drafting and vetting of loan documents & matters relating to Property.

He has his roots originated from the District Courts which led the foundation of his success. He was subsequently empaneled with Oriental Bank of Commerce, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of Rajasthan and Canara Bank.

Later on his excellence was recognized by various Public Sector Banks which culminated in him becoming the Standing Counsel for Oriental Bank of Commerce for its matters before High Court of Delhi and Debt Recovery Tribunal.
